Limitations of WebStripper

Developer description	WebStripper grabs web pages and sites from the internet, creates a copy on your hard disk and displays them on screen exactly as they would look over the internet. You can keep copies of your favourite sites and WebStrippers fast downloader saves you time online. When you click the New Site button WebStripper grabs the address from your browser (or you can enter another address). There are options to download a single page or an entire site. You can specify the depth of pages to descend and whether or not to download graphics. The multithreaded downloader makes maximum use of your connection and shows a constant read out ot the number of files completed and left to download. You can pause at any point and resume later and you can update a site to find out what new information has been added. When the site has been downloaded it is displayed in WebStrippers built in browser (IE required) or in any external browser. There is a list of files downloaded plus a list of what's new in the latest update, just click on a file to display it. The tabbed interface makes it easy to switch between the list and browser views. The file lists can be filtered by file type and the browser includes next file/prior file buttons to step through each file without having to use the sites navigation system. WebStripper is very easy to use, you can be downloading a site in just two mouse clicks and the explorer style list of sites lets you organise them into categories. WebStripper displays banner adverts using it's own system which doesn't leave components running in the background and doesn't send personal information over the internet.
